Terms of Use

1. Service description

StreamArt pairs a TV app and a mobile companion app to display album artwork, liner notes, and editorial content while you enjoy analog music. The service uses ShazamKit to detect music locally on your device and surfaces visuals drawn from Apple Music.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required in your jurisdiction, to use StreamArt. By accessing the apps you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have authority to agree to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Use StreamArt only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the apps.
• Do not misuse the pairing PIN or attempt to access another user’s session.
• Respect all third-party intellectual property rights related to displayed content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

StreamArt offers a free plan and optional paid subscriptions. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented in-app at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you subscribed. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

The StreamArt apps, brand, and original content are owned by Avifa Infotech Pvt Ltd. Album artwork, liner notes, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. We display such materials under the terms of the Apple Music APIs.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Notice to understand how we collect and use your information.

7. Disclaimers

StreamArt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Music recognition depends on environmental factors and may not always succeed. We do not guarantee the availability of third-party metadata or artwork. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avifa Infotech Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of StreamArt. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date.
