Information we collect

When you create an account or subscribe, we collect basic contact details, app usage logs, and payment confirmations processed through our billing partners. This helps us keep your account secure and deliver the services you request.

StreamArt does not store the audio snippets used for music recognition. Detection happens on-device using ShazamKit and is limited to abstract identifiers that match songs. These identifiers are discarded once visuals are delivered to your TV.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your TV and mobile apps via PIN pairing.
• Provide subscription entitlements such as unlimited usage.
• Improve product reliability and customer support.
• Send essential service communications (e.g., pairing confirmations).

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with trusted processors who assist with infrastructure, analytics, and payments—all bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Account data is retained while your account remains active and to comply with legal requirements.

Your choices

You can request access, updates, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@avifainfotech.com. If you delete your StreamArt account, pairing data and subscription records are removed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
