Aster DM Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider, has reached an agreement to sell its gulf business for $1.01 billion. The sale will see the business being acquired by the company’s India promoters and Fajr Capital Advisors. As part of the deal, Fajr Capital Advisors will take a 65% stake in the new entity, while Alpha GCC Holdings will hold the remaining stake. This move is aimed at consolidating Aster DM Healthcare’s operations and focusing on domestic expansion. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year, subject to regulatory approvals.
